Our team did two rounds with the Reckless program in the winter and in the spring, and now we're venturing into the indie scene.

Past Projects

2005-2008

I auditioned for the campus improv group in college and failed miserably. Fortuitously, my friend Kenneth also auditioned and, although he made callbacks multiple times over the next few semesters, he also never made the team. One semester he talked about starting his own sketch group and I jumped right onboard that train. There's a lot more I want to write about this topic, but maybe that is for a different place. The important thing is that the group is alive and kicking years after we graduated. It's celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, in fact.

May 2011 - Present

I met this really cool group of people taking improv at Chicago City Limits. Once I started writing sketches for my classes at UCB, I decided to submit one to a show called Backyard Brawl, in which two groups compete in a head-to-head sketch off. The only problem was that I didn't have anyone to perform my sketch if it got picked. And then, it did! My classmates graciously agreed to perform and the rest is history.

My writing partner Erik and I have been putting on a show a month since August. At first, we put a variety of stuff in our shows, but more recently we've been focusing on sketch comedy.
